When Destiny Worldwide Entertainment was
created, we realized there were no film companies in Hollywood that were
committed to building God’s Kingdom through entertainment. The ratio of
R rated films verses G or PG rated films was outrageous and continues
today. We set out to convince investors, distributors and theater owners
that the public would come to see good films with strong story content
that were entertaining without the usual blood, sex, violence, nudity and
crude subject matters, and that the bulk of Hollywood films no longer
stood as a guideline for children. Teaching morals, honesty and faith
seemed a distant memory and yet as we surveyed audiences from all over the
world, we discovered a global hunger for what has been called “old
fashioned films” – films with great stories that provide pure
entertainment values.
We felt if the major companies were not building a core family audience, we would. We should be responsible for what children and families are watching and we wanted to make a difference. We set out to create a Hallmark product – one that would become instantly known for its family product and entertaining family films – thus Destiny Worldwide Entertainment was formed. We know in our hearts that all of God’s children must replenish in their chosen fields and we understand how films and home video products can manipulate young minds. If we are to plant good seeds that will feed and nurture young minds – we have to find a way to entertain them as well. Is it possible to make a film that contains moral values, that does not contain violence, sex, nudity or crude behavior yet provide excitement, joy, thrills, and laughter and still be thoroughly entertaining? We said yes! Yes this is possible and we set out to prove it. As we made our first couple of films we discovered well known actors and actresses enjoyed working for less money on projects aimed for the whole family. Our first film, “The Adventures of Ragtime,” starred Shelley Long, Jay Thomas, Justin Cooper, Perry King, a very talented miniature horse and a host of other well-known actors and actresses. Our second film, “Quigley” starred Gary Busey, Christopher Atkins, Curtis Armstrong and Oz Perkins, along with yet another group of well-known actors and actresses and a very talented dog. Both films are now being distributed around the world. Quigley has just signed with GoodTimes Entertainment for distribution to the home video market, and other markets are currently being negotiated.
We also learned that staying at the overall cost of a one million dollar budget was good enough to make an “A” quality film with a known cast, and a film that would make a sound investment for investors. By teaming with several select international sub-distributors, we realized the film could earn enough from a few territories to recoup its costs and leave the balance of the world as a profit base. We discovered if we were to break up the markets and offer shorter contracts, we would retain total control of the film, its copyright and its future. Our next film project is “A Choice To Cherish” based on the best selling novel by Pastor Alan Maki. This is a wonderful coming-of-age story that kids and adults of all ages will enjoy. The story is rich, giving pause to smell the roses – to laugh, cry and feel really good about and the choices we make. We don’t get preachy because we don’t have to – the story does it for us. We anticipate having a name cast join us, having a very unique original music score that will provide a great music CD, and a planned DVD with all the fun choices that make the purchase of the DVD so exciting. We plan out-takes, gag reels, interviews, behind the scenes and the making of, as well as chapter choices and much more. Our planned budget to produce “A Choice To Cherish” is again One Million Dollars, and as we outline on our web site, we invite and offer unique opportunities to investment participants who wish to assist us in building the bridge for God’s Kingdom. We continue to offer first position recoupment, on-screen credits, powerful sharing and tithing methods. “A Choice To Cherish” will open in theaters around the world first, then go to home video and finally to cable, pay TV and free TV. We continue to plant seeds with various international distributors, domestic theater chains and domestic film consultants and representatives. We seek a Christian audience first and invite various Christian leaders for help in creating a desire to see the film. We ask the Dove Foundation to endorse our films, and seek reviews from all the major Christian publications, both in print and on the internet, so our waiting audience not only knows about us and what we do, but will know all about our films and what is coming. We intend to open our film theatrically in the style of “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” – “Bend It On Beckham” – “Mickey” and a host of other films that opened slowly, built an audience and then went nationwide. The international market will then follow the lead. “Cherish” will be directed by William Byron Hillman and produced by Russ Kavanaugh and William Hillman. Erik Lundmark will compose an original music score; various artists are committed to contribute original songs for the music score. Gerald Wolff and Associates are the casting directors. Destiny Worldwide Entertainment is now seeking financial participation and plans to produce “A Choice To Cherish” by the end of the year 2004. Our goal is to have the production completed and ready for the market by spring, 2005, and for all the major film festivals Internationally during the year 2005. Destiny has created an investment proposal that will return 90% of all income back to the investors until they have recouped 105% of their initial investment and thereafter share collectively 45% in perpetuity. 10% will be retained to cover business expenses, maintain books and records, file tax returns, cover the cost of money and cover general overhead. The remaining 45% will be retained by the production company.

| Destiny Worldwide Entertainment was
founded with a purpose of supporting charitable and non-profit
organizations around the world. A percentage of the proceeds earned and
paid to Destiny will be channeled into a separate trust account that
eventually will support Destiny WE Foundation. We propose to establish
this new Foundation with the goal of financially assisting those in need,
Christian organizations and specific charities supported by our financial
partners. We also offer financial partners the opportunity to participate
in our donations and would be proud to designate a percentage of the
project proceeds to a preferred charitable organization in our partner's
name. And, if so desired, would state to all media and press
representatives that a percentage of their proceeds have been given to
this chosen charity.
